1968 Chevrolet Impala sedan in Ermine White over Grotto Blue with
Blue interior.Beautiful original 68 Impala in great condition. Car
shows approx 72,000 miles and appears to be correct. Completely
original except for a repaint in the original Ermine White top and
Grotto Blue body. Door, hood and trunk jams were not painted, so
good original paint is in all of these areas. Completely original
Blue interior is very nice -- a few splits in the driver's seat and
a dash crack attest to the original condition of this survivor.
This Impala was built at the Doraville, Georgia assembly plant the
1st week of March 1968 and sold new at Day's Chevrolet in Acworth,
Georgia. It has always been an Atlanta-area car. Purchased from the
original owner's estate a few years ago, it was treated to some
minor maintenance such as a tune up, new tires, new brakes, fluids,
new hoses, etc. and put back on the road. It has been on many long
distance road trips in the past few years and has never missed a
beat. The Impala has its original 327 and Powerglide, Power
Steering, Power Brakes, and COLD A/C. Other options include full
wheel covers, bodyside molding, clock, AM Radio (inop), bumper
overriders, fender lights, etc. This is a fun, affordable, original
classic that you can drive everyday and be proud to take to all
kinds of shows, cruise ins, etc.
