Built in 2006 by Vintage Spyders who started with a powder coated tube chassis to which is added a VW front end with Sway-A-Way adjusters, disc brakes and Bilstein shocks. The rear suspension utilizes a VW swingaxle tranny built by Rancho Performance Tranxles with stock drum brakes and custom valved Bilstein shocks. A brand new built a 2110cc engine was installed recently.. An Auto Meter Ultra Light 10,000 rpm tachometer monitors the engine and an Auto meter Pro Light monitors the shift points. Black vinyl seats, custom shifter, Nardi wood steering wheel and Simpson 4-point cam lock seat belts. The paint is a 2006 Porsche color, metallic Seal Gray. The wheels are 16 x 6 in front and 16 x 7 in the rear,polished Porsche Fuchs Alloys.
