This truck really has it all; looks, ride, performance, comfort, and practicality. It is a recently completed 1968 Chevrolet C10 restomod with loads of nice features. It is a joy to drive, which you really can't say about many trucks. A/C, cruise, stereo; it's all there. To begin, the truck looks fantastic. Completed in 2009, it had spent much of it's life in the south which provided a rust-free frame and body. The bed was replaced with a 1990 step-side piece that looks factory original. The tailgate looks very sleek with the handle on the inside. The truck has new bumpers and inner fenders, along with a 16-gallon fuel cell located under the bed for more room in the cab. New front and rear springs and wears 10" wide American Racing wheels with 275/60R15 tires. The truck was professionally painted in Wrangler Silver with clearcoat, along with a professional pinstriping. The engine is a 1972 4-bold 350ci. It has nice power yet gets decent mileage (16-18 mpg). It has a mild cam, polished Edelbrock intake, 600cfm carb, HEI distributor, serpentine belt, and ceramic coated headers. 2/2015 transmission rebuilt. It is nicely dressed up with chrome valve covers, fuel pump, and water pump. The transmission is a 700R4 overdrive unit that has been completely rebuilt, while the rear end is a 12-bold with 3.43 gears. The brakes (new front disc brakes), wheel cylinders and master cylinder are all new. It also has a new dual 2.5" stainless exhaust along with a 4-muffler system (two Cherry Bombs and two Flowmaster 40-series). The interior uses seats from a 2008 Buick that slide, raise, and recline. There is also a tilt steering column to help ensure a comfortable driving position. Along with the relocated fuel tank, this makes for a huge improvement in the cab! The center console is from a 2006 Tahoe and provides loads of storage along with cupholders. There is a set of Sunpro gauges in the center dash, and a tach on the A-pillar. The truck really is a blast to drive; you will not be disappointed. The ride is very comfortable, and the motor runs strong. It has power steering and brakes along with air conditioning. The cruise control is great on those long trips. There is a super Pioneer stereo with speakers front and rear. The bed looks good and holds a spare tire carrier. This truck was built to be driven and enjoyed; don't be afraid to put some cargo back there! There are many more features. This truck also has a new trailering package installed. Painless wiring, halogen lights, all new tinted glass, sport mirrors, diamond plate accents, underhood pad, fog lights, etc. Even with all this, the truck remains greater than the sum of its parts. Everything fits together perfectly and makes for a ride you can enjoy day in and day out. NO PAYPAL SCAMS, no dealers.
