This is an absolutely fantastic Corvette Stingray, that is in excellent running condition, and beautifully restored. It is a favorite at car shows and cruise-ins. While firm, fast and fun, the automatic transmission makes this car very easy to drive. This 1970 Corvette Stringray is also a great investment.
The 1970 Corvette was enhanced to overcome the production issues associated with the earlier year C3 Corvettes, and was the first year to introduce factory fender flares. It was one of the last years with both front and back chrome bumpers. Also,1970 was a very low production year due to a labor strike at GM, making this Corvette even more valuable. Finally, with 2014 being the re-introduction of the Stringray model of Corvette, the original generation of Corvette Stingrays are sure to become even more valuable. With a NADA and Hagerty Insurance value range on a 1970 Corvette Stingray Convertible with a 350/300HP as high as $65K, a Stringray of this restored quality and originality is a great value at this price.
