About This Chevelle SS HT
1970 Chevelle SS LS6 454, 450 horsepower. Cranberry red (75) with black racing stripes and red vinyl (787) interior. Super Sport wheels. Four-speed manual transmission with a 3.55 posi rear end. Power steering, brakes and windows. Split folding rear bench
An Arlington, Texas build.
Beautiful paint, interior, motor. The car runs like a scalded cat. Brakes are stellar. Numbers -matching driveline and mostly original parts here. This is a very well put together example of a true 454 LS6 Chevelle. Sounds mean as hell and runs strong.
Documentation includes information on casting and tag numbers for the M22 transmission and motor.
The car does have a non-correct Holley carb on car. And a Hurst shifter has replaced the factory unit.
We've had an opportunity to go through the car for a touch over 100 miles, and have found it to be very solid. We fixed a power steering leak after acquisition, but otherwise the car has needed no attention.
It's ready to roll as is.
