Its a 1 of 1 1998 Chevy S10. This truck was owned by GM and was raced at Pomona, CA in 1997 by John Lingenfelter in the NHRA Pro Stock Truck. Lingenfelter is and was legendary for making small block GM motors scream and posted times like 7.393 in the quarter of mile at 182.75 with this actual truck. More importantly is the legacy that follows Lingenfelter. He is the founder of Lingenfelter Performance Engineering LPE and has worked hand in hand with GM specializing in modifying and tuning GM small blocks. Lingenfelter won 13 career national event events in Competition Eliminator and was the first driver in the class to break the six-second quarter-mile barrier. He finished second in the Pro Stock Truck standings in 1998 with this truck. The truck was purchased directly from General Motors personal collection. Please call for pricing and further information!
