Often times when buying a collector classic car the lack of
luxuries becomes a concern. The classics look amazing but all those
comfy power features and modern day conveniences just weren't
around back then. If they were around they certainly don't compare
to the perfected systems we have now. Well thanks to the modern
retro trend with cars, manufacturers are combining the fast, sleek
look of the vintage muscle cars and pairing it with the performance
and comfort of high end luxury vehicles. This 2010 Dodge Challenger
SRT draws clear inspiration from the Challengers of the past but
ramps it up a notch with very tastefully done customizations to
really make it stand out from the crowd. The car is accident free
and never sees the rain. It has a total of 4,579 miles on it and
has been extremely well maintained since new by the 1st owner. The
paint on it is all custom and has a beautiful finish. It has a two
tone Black and Blue metallic that has a great shine and the colors
almost blend together in certain lights and shadows. Between the
colors is custom rectangular side stripes with pinstriping that
reminds you of some of the classic Mopar themes. It wears the front
chin spoiler, dual vented hood, and the carbon fiber deck lid
spoiler. The HRE Performance Wheels look perfect on the car and are
wrapped with Dunlop 275/40R20 front tires and new Nitto Motivo
315/35R20 XL rear tires.
If you thought the exterior was the only thing worthy of attention
just wait until you dive into the drivetrain. The car is powered by
an Arrington Performance 426ci Hemi V8 motor with forged and
balanced internals. It also has the SMS supercharger that dyno
tested out at 599.34 hp to rear wheels. The 6 speed manual
transmission makes the car a blast to drive and it has never been
raced but does have line lock (never used) should you want to take
it out for some fun. The car has an excellent ride with updated
Eibach suspension and everything works.
The interior is super clean with Slate Gray leather combined with
Red and cloth Black inserts. Interiors are one of the first places
to look for wear/tear and this one shows none. This is more
evidence of clearly how well maintained this car has been. In the
center console is the Hurst shifter fitted with the Sema award
winning Speed Dawg shift knob. The original gauges are all working
properly but it also has an added Auto Meter Pro Comp Ultra Lite
Boost and Fuel Pressure gauges. The trunk is all nice carpeted and
has plenty of storage space.
Any luxury comfort feature you can think of is packed in the car
and that is taken even further with custom paint and a high
performance drive train. It is a beautiful combination of muscle
car styling with modern features.
This beautiful custom could be yours for $59,000.00!
