This 1967 Chevrolet C10 Restomod combines the clean, timeless
styling of Chevrolet's first-year Action Line pickup with a modern
LS drivetrain, upgraded braking, improved suspension, and a
carefully finished custom interior. Finished in bright white over a
distinctive brown and tan cabin, this short-bed C10 presents with a
purposeful pro-touring stance and a cohesive build throughout.
According to the owner, power comes from an LS2 V8 equipped with
desirable 243-casting cylinder heads. The engine is dressed with a
polished performance intake manifold, a large throttle body, custom
valve covers, a cold-air intake system, and a modern accessory
drive. It is paired with a heavy-duty 4L80E four-speed automatic
transmission, providing the durability and overdrive capability
expected from a properly constructed street-oriented restomod.
The engine compartment has been smoothed and finished in body color
for a clean presentation. Additional details include billet hood
hinges, a Wilwood master cylinder, air conditioning hardware,
neatly routed plumbing, and an aluminum radiator with electric
cooling fans. The truck is equipped with cold air conditioning and
functional heat, making it far more comfortable and usable than a
stock 1967 pickup.
Its suspension and braking systems have also been comprehensively
upgraded. The rear is supported by adjustable coilovers, while
Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes use red calipers and drilled rotors.
A Moser differential cover is visible at the rear axle, and the
truck features a custom dual exhaust system with polished
components and auxiliary cutout-style outlets. The lowered ride
height gives the C10 an aggressive stance without taking away from
its classic body lines.
The truck rides on staggered 20-inch WELD Racing wheels with black
centers, machined accents, and polished outer lips. They are
wrapped in 245/45ZR20 front and substantial 315/35ZR20 rear Nitto
performance tires. Widened rear wheel tubs accommodate the broad
rear tire package while maintaining a clean, finished appearance
inside the bed.
The white exterior is complemented by a cowl-induction-style hood,
modern projector-style headlights, red Chevrolet emblems, chrome
bumpers, and classic C10 fender badging. The bed is finished in
matching white and includes a relocated flush-mounted fuel filler.
A relocated Optima battery is secured in a protective enclosure
beneath the bed.
Inside, the cab features custom two-tone brown and tan upholstery
with contrasting stitching, sculpted seating surfaces, coordinated
door panels, and matching carpeting. A custom center console
incorporates dual cupholders, while the dashboard features a
stitched upper pad and a full set of modern analog-style gauges.
Additional appointments include a three-spoke steering wheel, tilt
steering column, column-mounted automatic shifter, air-conditioning
vents, and integrated seat belts.
With its owner-reported LS2 power, 4L80E transmission, Wilwood
four-wheel disc brakes, rear coilovers, wide rear tire package,
custom interior, and carefully detailed presentation, this 1967
Chevrolet C10 delivers the appearance of a classic short-bed pickup
with the performance, comfort, and road manners of a modern
restomod.
