smaller, lighter, and cheaper than a full-size pick-up, and indeed
Ranchero sold well in this incarnation.
This beautiful piece of history has been upgraded to a 302 CID V8
with a mild cam, Edelbrock intake, 750 CFM brawler dual line
carburetor, 7-quart oil pan, Electronic Ignition, Fender Well
Headers, 3" Exhaust, T10 4-speed transmission with hurst shifter.
The 8.8 rear end with street gears, leaf springs, 40-inch ladder
bars.
For the extra stopping power 4-wheel disc brakes have been
added.
