1958 Chevy Belair. Beautiful Car In Perfect Running Condition. Since purchasing 5 years ago, I have had one policy: If anything goes wrong or needs to be replaced--it has been taken care of immediately by classic car mechanical experts. 4-dr. with shaved handles with poppers makes it look as sleek as a 2-dr. but more convenient. Strong running LT1 Engine from a 1994 Chevy Caprice and Transmission from a truck that was recently rebuilt. Actual mileage unknown. Power steering. Power brakes. Mint interior. Lap belts. Dual fan system. Premium sound system with subwoofer. Air Conditioning/Heater. All windows, turn lights, headlights, horn, trunk, doors, hoods function properly. Replaced: Battery, Alternator, Ignition, Starter, Some Brakes, Some Axles/Bearings, Power Steering Pump, Air Cond., Speedometer (6000 miles since new one). Brand New (NOS) Impossible to Find Windshield Wiper System. Tires in very good condition. Drives extremely straight. Fuel injection system--this car has never stalled at any time. No smells. Nothing burning. Nothing leaking. This car is a joy to drive and the Baby Boomer population wants to talk about it whenever it is parked somewhere.
Car was custom painted with thick sparkle/dark blue (although it looks black) at some time. It is clear that the paint job needs to be redone. Starting two years ago, some cracks and chips started showing up here and there. From a small distance, the existing paint job looks fantastic. But a closeup reveals that the paint job's days are slowly deteriorating. I bought it for approx. $20,000. I have put approx. additional $20,000 into parts and labor. The price is $27,000.
CASH ONLY. No trades. No offers to "help" sell the vehicle. I am not in a rush to sell this vehicle. I enjoy every minute in it. But I do not want my time wasted by non-serious responders or any scammers.
