Since its launch in 2011, Ferrari's Tailor Made program has invited
Maranello's most valued clients to shape their cars in close
collaboration with the factory's designers. Its Ispirazioni
collection takes that idea further, presenting a select series of
curated configurations for each new model, drawn from Ferrari's
racing heritage, its classic grand tourers, and more experimental
palettes.
Chassis number 281167 presented here wears one of the most
evocative of the twelve themes developed for the SF90 Spider: a
Classica configuration inspired by the 1969 365 GT 2+2, the stately
four-seat grand tourer that Road & Track famously christened "The
Queen Mother of Ferraris." Its bodywork is finished in Blu
Montecarlo over a contrasting Nero D.S. roof, accented by a lower
front spoiler, rear-spoiler pinstripe, and 20-inch forged wheels in
glossy Argento Nrburgring.
The cabin is equally considered, with seats featuring vertical
piping in Connolly Luxan Grain Beige leather, tone-on-tone
stitching, and embossed Cavallini on the headrests, complemented by
black Ultrasuede to the lower dashboard and center console. The
upper and lower rims of the steering wheel are trimmed in Alpi
Mahogany Honduras wood, a material repeated on the kickplates and
on a dedication plate inscribed "Inspired by 1969 Ferrari 365 GT
2+2," each finished with a pinstripe echoing the exterior blue. The
car's personalization plaque and digital window sticker further
record a suspension lifter, glossy black brake calipers, titanium
wheel bolts, full electric seats, a leather headliner, and a
premium Hi-Fi system, bringing its original MSRP to $769,012.
Ordered through Ferrari Westlake in Southern California, the SF90
was registered in August 2022 to its first owner, noted collector
David Lee. It remained in California until June 2025, subsequently
traveling to Missouri, where Cavallino Rosso St. Louis serviced it
in July 2026 at 1,212 miles, changing the oil and filter and
replacing the serpentine belt. Its clean CARFAX Vehicle History
Report notes it has since returned to California, passing an
emissions inspection in September 2026.
Pairing the SF90 Spider's 986-horsepower plug-in hybrid performance
with the grace of one of Maranello's Enzo-era grand tourers,
chassis 281167 represents a specification few examples share.
Displaying just 1,291 miles at the time of cataloging and presented
in collector-grade condition throughout, it is offered with its
special-series "Grey Book" that documents its Tailor Made
specification.
