I am the 3rd owner of this very low mileage W140. It was In the Chicago area from 1992 to about 2018. I bought it from a family member of the original owner. I am a small time collector of 80's and 90's era Mercedes. I find the cleanest examples I can afford, then fix them up in all the areas needed. This car has been a great joy to own and drive. List of all service work is available. Interior is an easy 9/10. Exterior is more like a 7/10. All original paint. I had all the dings/dents removed, so scratches too deep to buff out are the only paint defects. I do paint correction myself and have worked the paint properly. I had Madiera concepts in L.A. redo all the console wood. So it is flawless. Original 16 inch Alamak wheels come with the car. Brand new (zero miles) Hankook, oem size tires for them. The monoblocks that are seen in the photos are from my 2001 CL55AMG. They can be had with the car for an added $ 1,500. These tires are also new, with about 800 miles on them. Happy to talk with anyone who loves these wildly solid automobiles. The radio has never worked, not sure what is needed apart from possibly a new head unit. Windshield has no chips or cracks.
