1969 Chev Camaro for sale. I purchased it in 2024. My name is Ben. The car was a total frame-off restoration in 2022. The tire date code confirms that. The car is ready for car shows. It is not a matching-number car. I was told the engine is a 454 cc, not a 396. It runs very strong; there are no issues with the engine. It has a custom "X" crossflow exhaust system. 4-speed Muncie transmission. Power steering. 12 Bolt Rear, 3.08 gear ratio. The Camaro has Disc brakes in the front, New Tubular upper and lower A-arms. New coil spring, deluxe Houndstooth interior, new carpet, console gauges. New 314a AC system; works well. New high-voltage electronic distributor. New Battery. The car has a BEAUTIFUL paint job. NOT one scratch on the car. It's a VERY sharp car. I have not driven it much since the purchase. Never been on wet roads or in the rain. When I purchased the car, it was listed at $96,000. I paid $86,152 OTD. I have the car listed for $85,000 as Buy It Now. The reason I'm selling the car is that I am 6'4" tall, 290 Lb. man, and I'm just too tall/big for the car.
Here are the items that may need some work. The odometer does not work, but the speedometer does. The car shifts well, except you have to get used to putting it in reverse. Tight 4-speed transmission. The taillights on one side: I think the bulb is in the wrong place, or it's the wrong bulb. It doesn't match properly to the brake and parking lights. There is no spare tire. The horn does not operate. That is all the issues with the car. I don't like to sell a car without noting what needs attention.

The car is located in the Marvin, NC area, but in South Carolina. Please come to look at the car if you are seriously interested. I can pick you up at CLT Airport.
