This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Supercharged LSA Pro-Touring Restomod
is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 paired with a T56
Magnum six-speed manual transmission. Reported dyno results show
584 rear-wheel horsepower and 581 lb-ft of torque, with the engine
conversion professionally completed by Creative Restomods. Power is
sent through a 12-bolt rear end equipped with a Detroit Truetrac
differential and 3.73 gearing. The frame-off build features a
powder-coated frame, full UMI tubular suspension, Viking front
coilovers and rear shocks, and Baer four-wheel disc brakes with
hydroboost assistance. Additional exterior and chassis details
include 22-inch Forgiato wheels, while the engine compartment
features a smoothed firewall and Wegner accessory drive system. An
AAW wiring harness supports the updated electrical system. Inside,
the custom interior is equipped with Dakota Digital gauges and a
custom sound system. An A/C compressor is reportedly installed on
the Wegner accessory drive; however, the vehicle does not currently
have functioning air conditioning or heat, and additional
components and installation would be required to complete the
system.
