A really clean 1974 GMC 2500 Super Custom square body. She has a 350 V8 with a 4spd manual transmission. It is a 2WD long bed with paperwork going back to 1987. A lot of mechanical and interior work done on this one so it makes a great daily driver and ready to just jump in and drive it!
There is just over 110k miles on her and the 350 was rebuilt as well as new clutch, pressure plate and throw-out bearing. You also have two brand new gas tanks with functioning fuel gauges, dual exhaust, power brake booster and master cylinder replaced, power steering with new gear box and lines, original AC equipment in place and functioning but not blowing cold. Uncertain if just needing a charge or other components needing to be addressed. New shocks, fuel pump, rebuilt carburetor, etc. It is also equipped with a Class V hitch and electronic brake controller.
Looking inside and all gauges are fully functional except for the clock. The dash pad was replaced, seat recovered with 3 seat belts. A Retro Autosound system with Bluetooth was installed so the original holes in the dash were not altered. Tires are less than a year old and she tracks nice and straight down the road.
It’s truly a really nice truck and was originally lime green but repainted in the current yellow/white combination. All of the side molding and wheel well molding was replaced. It’s not a show paint job but polished up nicely and looks good. You’ll find a few bruises on her and a couple rust spots but all the structural components are clean as well as the cab corners as you can see in the walkaround video.
