The Triumph TR6 was produced by the British automaker Triumph from
1968 through 1976 and became one of the marque's most recognizable
sports cars. Featuring classic roadster proportions, a long hood,
and distinctive styling by German design firm Karmann, the TR6
combined traditional British sports car character with an engaging
driving experience. The 1971 model was powered by a 2.5-liter
inline-six engine and offered a four-speed manual transmission,
delivering the spirited performance and exhaust note enthusiasts
appreciate. With its rugged body-on-frame construction, independent
rear suspension, and open-top driving experience, the TR6 earned a
loyal following and remains a popular choice among collectors
seeking an enjoyable and distinctive classic British roadster.
