1993 Dodge Crew Cab Long-Bed 4x4 powered by a extensively modified 5.9L 12-valve Cummins diesel.
The engine is based on a 1996 215-hp P-pump Cummins and features a Power Driven Diesel Stage 1 ported and O-ringed cylinder head, ARP head studs, Colt Cams Big Stick camshaft, 4K governor springs, Bosch 025 delivery valves, DDP 75-hp injectors, adjustable fuel plate, Tork Tek fuel overflow valve, Mack rack plug, AirDog lift pump and sump, billet tappet cover, dual valve-cover breathers, and injection timing set to 20 degrees.
The truck uses a BD Diesel S358 over S475 compound-turbo system, Banks 6.0L intercooler with 3.5-inch boost tubes, custom stainless dual-intake air horn, Mishimoto aluminum radiator, and 4-inch exhaust with dual mufflers.
A recent chassis dyno produced approximately 521 rear-wheel horsepower and 1,264 lb-ft of torque while running 37-inch tires. The truck makes extremely strong torque across a broad, flat powerband.
Power is delivered through a built 47RH four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive and lockup, TCS billet input shaft, triple-clutch billet torque converter, upgraded clutch capacity, 1/2-inch transmission cooler lines, front-mounted transmission cooler, and custom heavy-duty driveshaft.
The front end uses a kingpin Dana 60 with 4.10 gearing, Northwest Fab high-steer linkage, custom radius-arm coil-spring suspension, custom crossmembers, Kartek 30mm sway bar, hydroboost brakes, and a 14-inch front brake conversion.
The rear uses a 2006 Dodge AAM 11.5-inch axle with 4.10 gears and disc brakes, TMR traction bars, Archive Garage 63-inch rear leaf-spring hanger kit, GM rear leaf springs, and Pacbrake airbags.
Additional modifications include a custom front bumper, widened wheel openings and custom fender flares, 20-inch Fuel wheels, 37x12.50R20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires, an 8-foot long box with spray-in liner, Dodge Sting-Gray paint, power Dodge Laramie front seats, upholstered rear bench, custom suede headliner, sound deadening, Pioneer floating-screen stereo, amplifiers, dual 10-inch subwoofers, upgraded speakers, and engine/transmission monitoring gauges. Air conditioning is functional.
This is a heavily engineered driver-quality build rather than a concours restoration. There is localized body rust, paint wear, and normal age-related surface corrosion underneath. These areas are shown honestly in the photographs.
The truck comes with extensive documentation including build specifications, invoices, transmission documentation, dyno results, photographs, and supporting records.
