This is a beautiful 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that is ready to enjoy! Powered by Cadillac's big and smooth 425 CID V8, this Eldorado runs and drives great and has that classic Cadillac combination of effortless power, comfort, and a remarkably smooth ride. The 425 V8 was the factory powerplant for the 1978 Eldorado and was rated at 180 horsepower.
This Cadillac is very clean inside and out and has an excellent set of tires. The power sunroof works great, and the power seats, power windows, power trunk release, and automatic trunk pull-down all work properly. The blower motor works, along with the wipers, headlamps, and radio. It is loaded with the kind of power equipment you would expect from a top-of-the-line Cadillac of the era.
The car is equipped with air conditioning. The A/C switch is not currently available, so we have not been able to operate the system from the switch, but the documentation that comes with the car shows the A/C system has been serviced. Service records from 2024 document A/C diagnosis, leak testing, evacuation and recharge, with the system cooling properly at the time of service, and a 2025 service record shows the A/C was checked and topped off with refrigerant.
The odometer currently shows 117,523 miles. We are presenting the mileage as showing and are not representing it as verified actual mileage.
The factory documentation and service records are a great addition to this Eldorado and help tell the story of a car that has continued to receive attention over the years. This is a fantastic big-body Cadillac to simply cruise in and enjoy - smooth, comfortable, stylish, and loaded with classic Cadillac features.
