This four-wheel-drive custom 1970 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is powered by
a fuel-injected 6.0-liter LQ4 LS V-8 engine sourced from a 2001
Chevrolet Suburban, paired with a heavy-duty 4L80E four-speed
automatic transmission and an NP208 transfer case. The engine was
factory-rated at approximately 300hp and 360 lb-ft of torque in its
original application. The drivetrain features 4.88-ratio
differential gearing and a lifted suspension to accommodate larger
wheels and tires. The Blazer rides on 33-inch off-road tires
mounted on aftermarket wheels. The exterior, finished in Turquoise
Blue with a white removeable hardtop, features raised suspension
and a classic first-generation K5 Blazer body design. Additional
modifications include upgraded differential gearing and custom
wheels and tires.
