This 1984 Chevy K30 Silverado is a super nice and super clean 1 Ton
truck that you do not see come around very often. This truck is
loaded with factory options. It is a clean and solid truck that
spent its life in Idaho and the State of Washington. The last
person owned this truck for the past 15 years and he was the 2nd
owner. He purchased the truck from the widow of the first owner and
he swears the mileage is original. Although we have no way to prove
it, we do think it is possible based on the condition of the truck,
the original engine compartment (engine never out) and engine pad
number matches the Vin. The body on this truck is clean and
straight. It was originally Brown and White but the last owner
painted the truck Silver because the original paint had a lot of
clearcoat issues and he like silver better. The paint looks great
and all of the chrome and trim appear to be original and are in
nice condition. The underside is original and very clean. We found
no rust issues with this truck.
the interior is also really nice, It was originally tan to match
the original color scheme. They changed it black and with silver to
match the exterior. The seat was professionally reupholstered, it
has new carpet, new door panels, new headliner, and new dash cover.
The headlights, tailights, brake lights, and turn signals are all
working. The gauges all work. It has tilt wheel and working cruise
control. The factory clock and factory radio work. The horn and
windshield wipers work and the heat and AC work.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives great!
The engine is the 7.4L 454 Big Block V8. It is stamped on the
engine pad with CEJ116508 which indicates the engine belongs to
this truck with the last 6 matching the Vin #. The engine appears
to be totally stock with the exception of the headers and custom 3
Inch exhaust. The engine runs strong with no issues or red flags
that we found. It has the Turbo 400 Automatic transmission that
shifts great. It is mated to the np205 transfer case and the 4WD
works like it should. The rear axle is the Corporate 14 Bolt with
4.56 gears and a factory limited slip. The front axle is the Dana
60 with 4.56 gears. It has factory hydro boost disc brakes on the
front. This is all sitting on some factory steel wheels with
hubcaps and new All terrain tires size 285/75/16.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
