There is nothing subtle about a Grabber Yellow Mach 1, especially
one delivering more than 740 horsepower at the rear wheels. This
2021 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Premium Coupe, chassis #M0554, shows only
9,867 original miles and takes Ford's track-focused formula to
another level with a VMP Gen 6 Stage 3 supercharger package.
Accompanied by its original window sticker and a clean CARFAX, it
offers modern Mustang heritage, serious performance, and low
mileage.
The Mach 1 name returned for 2021, bridging the gap between the
Mustang GT and Shelby models with upgraded cooling, chassis tuning,
and performance equipment. This example retains its factory
5.0-liter Coyote V8 but features a VMP Gen 6 3.0-liter twin-screw
supercharger. The build is reported to produce over 740 rear-wheel
horsepower, transforming an already capable Mach 1 into a
formidable street machine. A VMP custom tune supports the extensive
induction and fuel-system upgrades.
The front-inlet supercharger is paired with a VMP twin 69mm
throttle body, Gen 6 cold-air intake, and washable high-flow
filter. VMP billet fuel rails and fittings, a braided crossover
line, 56-pound injectors, and a plug-and-play fuel-pump voltage
booster support fuel delivery. The drive system includes a
3.875-inch pulley, billet belt tensioner and idlers, and an
adjustable idler for precise belt tension. Cooling upgrades include
a dual-core, dual-pass intercooler, VMP full-face heat exchanger,
high-flow pump, upgraded pump wiring, degas bottle, and associated
hoses, clamps, and connectors. It is a comprehensive package
engineered to support the substantial increase in output.
Backing the supercharged Coyote is the desirable Tremec six-speed
manual transmission. A factory 3.73 TORSEN limited-slip rear
differential helps transfer power to the pavement, while MagneRide
adaptive damping, performance-tuned suspension, and an upsized rear
sway bar provide chassis control. Brembo performance front brakes
deliver serious stopping capability, while engine oil,
transmission, and differential coolers further distinguish the Mach
1 from a standard GT. Selectable drive modes, Track Apps, and
Launch Control enhance the driving experience. The modified
stainless works exhaust system exits through aggressive 4.5-inch
tips, providing the soundtrack of a supercharged Coyote V8.
Finished in striking Grabber Yellow, this Mach 1 has an
unmistakable presence. Factory black hood and side stripes with
white accents honor the original Mach 1 heritage, while unique
front and rear lower fascias add an aggressive appearance.
Lightweight staggered Velgen wheels complement the styling. LED
headlights with signature lighting, sequential LED taillights,
heated power-adjustable mirrors with memory, rain-sensing wipers,
and Pony projection lamps complete the exterior equipment.
Inside, Ebony RECARO leather-trimmed sport seats establish the
performance-oriented character. Equipped with Premium Equipment
Group 700A, the Mach 1 Elite Package, and Enhanced Security
Package, it offers an impressive level of comfort and technology. A
numbered dashboard plaque identifies chassis #M0554, while Dark
Spindrift aluminum trim and a 12-inch LCD digital instrument
cluster distinguish the cockpit. Additional features include a
heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate
control, intelligent access with push-button start, premium floor
mats with accent stitching, and Mach 1 door sill plates.
Technology includes the B&O premium 12-speaker sound system,
AM/FM/CD audio with HD Radio, voice-activated touchscreen
navigation, FordPass Connect 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, and Ford Co-Pilot360
driver assistance. A rearview camera, electronic power-assisted
steering, AdvanceTrac stability control, perimeter alarm, and
SecuriLock anti-theft system add convenience and security.
Originally delivered to Hagen Ford in Bay City, Michigan, this Mach
1 includes its original window sticker showing an MSRP of $59,390
before the performance upgrades. With only 9,867 original miles and
a clean CARFAX, it remains a compelling example of Ford's modern
performance Mustangs.
Combining genuine Mach 1 pedigree, a Tremec six-speed manual,
Grabber Yellow paint, RECARO seating, and a VMP supercharger build
producing over 740 rear-wheel horsepower, this Mach 1 is anything
but ordinary. Chassis #M0554 offers an exciting opportunity to own
a low-mileage, exceptionally powerful modern Mustang.
