???? Check out this Truly Amazing 1955 Oldsmobile 98 Starfire
Convertible. I would venture to say the Best one in the world!
Multi-National Award Winner The crown jewel of Oldsmobile's golden
era. The 1955 Ninety-Eight Starfire was the most expensive, most
luxurious car Olds offered that year - a jet-age halo car whose
name was borrowed from the Lockheed F-94 Starfire interceptor. Only
9,149 were built, and far fewer survive today. This is production
number 9092 - one of the last 57 Starfires ever built, and one of
only 54 known to still exist. That makes it one of the rarest
survivors of the rarest Oldsmobile of its day. This example has
earned its reputation the hard way: a multi-national award winner
with a trophy case spanning three continents of Oldsmobile and
antique car judging. It also underwent a full frame-off rotisserie
restoration, with every detail executed to concours standards.

Ransom E. Oldsmobile Award - given to just one Oldsmobile in the
entire country each year. Under the hood sits the legendary 324
cubic inch Rocket V8 with a four-barrel carburetor, making 202
horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque, paired with the smooth
Hydra-Matic automatic. It's loaded with period luxury: factory air
conditioning, power steering, power windows, power seat, power top,
the rare Autronic Eye automatic headlight dimmer, and a Super
Deluxe Wonderbar radio with electric antenna. ??A very rare
dealer-installed accessory is the fiberglass boot cover for the
convertible top - only a couple are known to exist. Turn the key,
drop the top, and cruise like it's 1955. This is the poster child
for fifties luxury motoring - and it won't last long. Give us a
