This custom 1972 Ford Bronco is the product of a meticulous
frame-off restoration utilizing a 100% rust-free donor body and
more than 400 hours of precision bodywork, finished in a premium
two-stage basecoat/clearcoat. It is powered by a new 460hp
5.0-liter Coyote V-8 engine paired with a new 4R70W automatic
transmission with overdrive. The drivetrain features a rebuilt
single-stick Dana 20 transfer case and fully rebuilt stock axles
with new bearings and seals, along with Warn locking hubs.
Supporting the Coyote is an upgraded cooling system with a
large-capacity aluminum radiator, a 23-gallon rear fuel tank with
an internal EFI pump and a custom MagnaFlow exhaust system. The
Bronco rides on a 2.5-inch suspension lift utilizing Bilstein
shocks and springs, along with a hidden 2-inch body lift providing
the necessary engine clearance. The steering system was upgraded
with a new power-steering pump and steering box, with the steering
geometry corrected as part of the build. Stopping is handled by a
four-wheel disc brake conversion with a Wilwood hydro-boost system
and all-new brake lines. It rides on 15x10-inch American Racing
wheels wrapped in 33x12.50-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires.
The undercarriage and inner tub are fully protected with Satin
Black Raptor Liner. The custom interior is upholstered in rawhide
leather and features high-back front bucket seats, a
fold-and-tumble rear seat, matching rawhide leather door and
quarter-panels, and a matching dash pad. Additional interior
appointments include a color-matched dashboard, wood-grain steering
wheel and tilt steering column. A new Vintage Air system provides
air conditioning and heat, while a center-console-mounted Bluetooth
stereo is connected to a five-speaker amplified audio system.
Occupant protection includes a full family roll cage and
three-point retractable seat belts. The electrical system was
completely renewed with a 100% new wiring harness and fuse panel.
The restoration also included new glass and seals, along with
upgraded HID/LED headlights.
