1964 Ford Galaxie - I love this car dearly, but it's time to let
her go. She runs like a champ. I've had her since 2013. I'm the 3rd
owner. She has a V8 352 engine, Ford-O-Matic transmission with
66,000 original miles. Crazy low mileage. I drive her about 40
miles a year--basically just a few ice cream runs in the summer.
Has been well taken care of (i.e. garaged) and much loved her whole
life. I just can't keep her in the garage again this winter and
want someone to get her who will take care of her. She's not a show
car; I've done zero mods or restoration since I've got her. Almost
entirely original, though owner #2 added a CD player, which I dig.
Needs a new head liner if you care about such things. A couple seam
splits on upholstery which I've never repaired. Some scrapes near
right side rocker panel and the front right quarter panel is matte
black while the rest is gloss black. Could use some new windshield
wipers. None of that's every bothered me. I don't drive her in the
rain. She also has a brand-new battery that I just put in last
week.
