1997 marks the highly desirable first year of the FLSTS Heritage Springer. It features iconic basket-weave leather detailing on the tank bib, dash, and passenger backrest pad. Heavy leather saddlebags display long fringe and custom conchos. It rides on traditional wire-spoke wheels wrapped in wide whitewall tires with fringed leather mudflaps.

The Powertrain
To properly manage the added weight of the sidecar, the factory motor was upgraded to a high-performance S&S Cycle V-Twin engine. Featuring an S&S Super teardrop air cleaner and stamped S&S cylinder heads, it delivers the massive torque and horsepower required to pilot a heavy sidecar rig confidently at modern highway speeds.

The Liberty Sidecar
Liberty Sidecars are regarded as the gold standard for vintage-style Harley rigs, perfectly mimicking 1930s-1950s era sidecars. This tub is flawlessly color-matched to the motorcycle in Birch White with blue trim.
