Cruisin Classics is proud to present this 2018 Toyota Tundra
Limited. This is anything but your average Tundra. Starting with a
one-owner truck, this Tundra has been extensively modified and has
had a ton of money invested in it over the years. It sits on a BDS
7-inch lift equipped with Fox shocks and adjustable coil-overs up
front, riding on Fuel 20-inch matte black wheels wrapped in massive
37x12.50 tires. The exterior has been completely transformed with
paint-matched fender flares, a fiberglass cowl hood with
aftermarket hood pins, and black-painted Steelcraft aftermarket
bumpers. Rocker-mounted step sides make getting in and out easy,
while an Armadillo CR1 chase rack with a custom spare tire carrier
gives the bed a serious off-road look. There is also an impressive
amount of auxiliary lighting, with lights integrated into both
bumpers and additional lighting mounted on top of the chase rack.
The chase rack lighting is controlled by a handheld controller
mounted neatly in the center console. The truck has also been fully
undercoated and presents exceptionally well. Up front, drilled and
slotted rotors are complemented by Tacoma-red caliper covers, while
smoked headlight and taillight lenses and blacked-out exterior
badges complete the look.
The bed is just as well equipped, featuring a spray-in bed liner,
rubber bed mat, electronically controlled retractable tonneau
cover, aftermarket bed lighting, and a Hi-Lift jack mounted for
easy access. Inside, this Tundra features a very attractive black
and tan interior with tan leather seating, door and dash inserts,
and a tan center console. The previous owner added several tasteful
custom touches, including additional tan accents, a custom gear
shifter, and brushed aluminum trim. There is also a locking Console
Vault with an integrated holder for the chase rack lighting
controller. A large power sunroof adds to the already well-equipped
interior, while the power rear window rolls completely down - one
of the coolest features on a Tundra. You get all the modern
comforts you would expect, including cold A/C, good heat, heated
front seats, power-adjustable front seats, power windows, heated
mirrors, and rugged all-weather floor mats. The factory JBL sound
system remains in place, with a custom-built upgraded sound system
installed behind the rear seat that sounds excellent while still
playing through the factory head unit. And for those who still have
a collection of CDs, this Tundra even retains its factory CD
player. Security has not been overlooked either, with another
locking storage box under the rear seat that is long enough to
accommodate a full-length firearm.
Under the hood is Toyota's proven 5.7L i-Force V8, but this one is
far from stock. The engine has been fitted with a Magnuson
supercharger, bringing output to a claimed 406 horsepower and 420
lb-ft of torque, with a dyno sheet included to document the
numbers. With 101,022 miles, this Tundra has certainly been used,
but it has also been exceptionally well cared for and is an
extremely clean example of a truck that has had a tremendous amount
of time and money invested into it. If you're looking for a Tundra
that stands out from the crowd and combines Toyota's reputation for
durability with a serious lift, 37-inch tires, extensive
aftermarket equipment, and a supercharged 5.7L V8, this one
deserves a close look.
