Classic Car Addict is proud to present this all-steel 1932 Ford
Roadster for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. Few cars have
influenced American hot-rodding like the 1932 Ford, better known
simply as the "Deuce." This Roadster combines that unmistakable
early-Ford styling with an all-steel body, Chevrolet 350 V8, Tremec
five-speed manual transmission, independent front suspension,
four-wheel disc brakes, and a beautifully coordinated custom
interior.
Exterior:
The all-steel Roadster body is finished in 1941 Ford Nile Blue
Green, giving the car a period-inspired appearance that works
perfectly with its traditional hot-rod styling. The engine
compartment is accented by a contrasting Volkswagen Savanna Beige
firewall with custom hand-painted pinstriping. Classic '32 Ford
details include the upright grille shell, full hood with louvered
side panels, freestanding headlights, compact windshield, and
exposed front suspension. A custom tubular front bumper/nerf-bar
arrangement is joined by separate front turn signals. A tan folding
soft top complements the interior and provides a great contrast
against the Nile Blue Green exterior. A matching hardtop is
included with rolling cart.
Interior:
The custom cabin is finished in Butterscotch Rave upholstery with a
full-width bench seat, matching door and rear panels, and
embroidered "1932" detailing. Tan carpeting with an embroidered
Ford logo continues the coordinated presentation. Driver equipment
includes a polished tilt steering column, three-spoke steering
wheel, floor-mounted shifter, seat belts, and Auto Meter
instrumentation with a 120-mph speedometer, tachometer,
oil-pressure, water-temperature, and voltage gauges. The painted
dashboard features additional hand-painted pinstriping along with a
special 1932-2007 Ford V8 75th Anniversary Deuce medallion.
Separate controls operate the electric cooling fans, while an
aftermarket camera/display system adds a useful modern feature.
Engine:
Power comes from a Chevrolet 350ci small-block V8 topped by an
aluminum intake manifold, four-barrel carburetor, and open-element
air cleaner. Finned Chevrolet-script aluminum valve covers, and a
finned aluminum oil pan add to the traditional performance
appearance. Fuel delivery includes an adjustable fuel-pressure
regulator with a Summit Racing pressure gauge and a fabricated
aluminum fuel tank with braided plumbing. Cooling is handled by an
aluminum radiator with electric fans, while headers feed a true
dual-exhaust system.
Transmission:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual
transmission, giving the Roadster the involvement of a traditional
manual with a fifth gear for more relaxed cruising.
Drivetrain:
The rear uses a solid axle with a multi-link locating arrangement,
adjustable coilovers, and a finned aluminum differential cover.
Wheels and Tires:
The Roadster rides on American Racing five-slot alloy wheels with
gray centers, polished outer lips, and matching center caps. The
staggered big-and-little combination provides a traditional hot-rod
stance, with P235/75R15 rear tires filling the rear wheel
openings.
Suspension:
Up front is an independent suspension with tubular control arms,
replacing the traditional solid-axle arrangement with a more modern
setup. The rear features adjustable coilover shocks and a
multi-link arrangement.
Brakes:
Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, with braided
brake lines visible at the rear.
Steering:
The independent front suspension incorporates rack-and-pinion
steering, paired with a polished tilt steering column inside the
cabin. The underside continues the detailed presentation found
throughout the build with polished suspension components,
fabricated aluminum pieces, and neatly routed fuel, brake, and
exhaust systems.
The 1932 Ford Roadster will be sold on a clean Arizona title. Call
