UPDATE!!! Hi folks. If you're reading the AD, you know this is a custom Willys. Interior, roll bars, added rear seats, axles, wheels tires etc. Had a very good question yesterday about whether or not this was a CJ5. They didn't build those til later.
Frame off restoration in 2017. Beautiful. Here's an early start to your Christmas shopping list. Beautiful 1954 Willys M38A1. The previous owner completed a frame off restoration in approximately 2020. The engine features a 134 ci F-head inline 4 cylinder engine paired to a T90 3 speed transmission and a Dana 18 transfer case. The front axle is a Dana 25 and the rear axle is a Dana 44. Lots of torque in this little beast. Firestone tires are mounted on polished ARS wheels. All the chrome is new including the bumpers. I am a car guy. NOT a dealer. I have quite a few cars and do not drive this Jeep enough so I am selling it. It is great on surface streets and county roads. Runs and drives just like a 1954 vehicle should. The engine starts instantly and is in a good state of tune. The transmission shifts smoothly. Just a lot of fun. I'm asking 19k and will take a reasonable offer. I'm NOT a dealer. I drive all of my cars. I just don't drive the Jeep enough. It is a Great surface street and back roads vehicle and it turns heads where ever it goes. Looking for a reasonable offer. If we can't make a deal, I'll pay your expenses home.
