1966 Ford Mustang
This 1966 Ford Mustang is a sharp, nicely updated example finished
in a beautiful Dark Green Metallic with a black vinyl top. The
paint, bodywork, and vinyl top were all completed just last year
and show excellent throughout. The brightwork presents very nicely
as well, with no visible rust or bubbling, and the car remains very
solid overall.
The Mustang rides on a great-looking set of Boss wheels painted to
match the body with polished chrome lips, giving the car a slightly
more aggressive stance while still complementing its classic
styling. A front disc brake conversion has also been added for
improved stopping performance.
Inside, the interior has been freshly reupholstered with black
seating, newer carpeting, and a clean overall presentation. The
original-style dashboard remains intact along with the original
radio, which is currently inoperable. All gauges, exterior lights,
and wipers are functioning properly, with the exception of the fog
lights, which are currently inoperable.
Power comes from the classic 289ci V8 equipped with a 4-barrel
carburetor and paired with an automatic transmission. The
combination makes for an easy-to-enjoy classic Mustang with plenty
of V8 character.
Overall, this is a very nice driver-quality 1966 Mustang with fresh
cosmetics, a solid body, desirable V8 power, and tasteful upgrades.
It presents extremely well as it sits and wouldn't take much
additional work to bring it to the next level.
