GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this beautifully restored
1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2 for your consideration. This Mustang
comes in a classic White exterior over a striking White and Blue
Pony interior. Powering this Mustang is a 302 cubic inch V8 paired
with a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. The drivetrain is geared
to a 9-inch Muscle Pack Moser rear end, while stopping power comes
from SSB brakes up front and Wilwood brakes in the rear, giving
this Mustang four-wheel disc brakes. This Fastback was rebuilt in
2014 and has an estimated 7,000 miles on the rebuild. It features a
new transmission, new rear end, all-new shocks, a brand-new
battery, fresh fluids completed in 2025, Pioneer aftermarket
speakers, a retro-style stereo, spacious trunk, wood trim interior
accents, crank windows, and much more. Numerous documents and
receipts are included with the vehicle. Drive this one out of our
showroom or have us assist with shipping it to you anywhere in the
United States! Don't hesitate to call us with any questions or for
more information.
The 1965 Ford Mustang was part of the Mustang's first generation,
which helped establish the pony car segment and quickly became one
of Ford's most recognizable and successful models. The Mustang was
offered in a variety of body styles, including the popular Fastback
2+2, which featured a sleek, sloping roofline and a versatile rear
cargo area. For 1965, the Mustang continued to offer a wide range
of six-cylinder and V8 powertrains, allowing buyers to choose
everything from economical transportation to a more
performance-oriented muscle car. The Mustang's combination of
sporty styling, compact dimensions, available V8 power, and
extensive customization options helped make it one of the defining
American cars of the 1960s.
