For sale is a beautiful 1967 Shelby GT-500 that spent it's entire life in Southern Calif. under "basically" one owner.
The car was sold new in Los Angeles to a buyer that owned the car for less than one year before selling it to the gentleman that ended up owning it for 47 years until his passing in 2015 and remained in his estate until 2023 when I purchased the car and shipped it to Florida.
The car went through an extensive restoration in 2011 which included a fantastic show quality Black w/Silver stripes exterior paint and new interior. At that time a "Vintage Air" A/C unit was installed and that works perfectly as well. The engine, transmission and rear end were replaced/refurbished prior to that at which time the factory setup of dual carburetors was switched over to a 427 sidewinder medium-riser intake and single 780 cfm Holley carburetor as this was a desirable change for GT-500's that were driven somewhat regularly to improve drivability.
