This 1993 Chevrolet Corvette is a well-preserved C4 finished in
black over a striking red leather interior. Showing approximately
42,000 miles, this Corvette has seen limited use throughout its
life and presents with the unmistakable wedge-shaped styling that
defined Chevrolet's sports car throughout the 1980s and early
1990s. The black exterior is complemented by the factory-style
alloy wheels, while the bright red interior gives the car a classic
Corvette color combination.
Power comes from Chevrolet's 5.7-liter LT1 V8 paired with an
automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive. The LT1 produces 300
horsepower in factory form and helped make the later C4 Corvettes a
significant step forward in performance. The engine compartment
presents in largely stock configuration, making this an appealing
example for someone looking for a C4 that has not been heavily
modified.
Inside, the red leather cabin retains the driver-focused layout for
which the C4 is known. Deeply bolstered leather bucket seats, a
center console, digital and analog instrumentation, and the
cockpit-style dashboard surround the driver. The combination of the
black exterior and vivid red interior gives this Corvette a
particularly sharp, period-correct appearance.
According to information provided by the previous owner, the car
has received a replacement battery and alternator and is equipped
with tires showing approximately 5,000 miles of use. With
approximately 42,000 current miles, this Corvette remains a
low-mileage example of the later C4 generation.
With its low mileage, desirable black-over-red color combination,
LT1 V8 power, and largely original presentation, this 1993
Chevrolet Corvette offers an attractive entry into classic Corvette
ownership. It captures the distinctive look and driving experience
of the later C4 generation while remaining comfortable and usable
enough for weekend cruising, local shows, or simply enjoying one of
Chevrolet's most recognizable sports cars.
