The car spent the majority of its life across Missouri and Colorado, followed by a stint down in dry Texas, before landing with its previous long-term caretaker in Chicago where it remained cherished from roughly 2004 until now. Retaining its factory Presidential Black finish-which digital paint gauge testing indicates is likely all-original paint-paired with an authentic survivor interior and factory air conditioning, this is a true preservation-grade classic.

Brakes: The car stops under its own power, but being an authentic survivor, the braking system will need to be thoroughly gone through and serviced before regular road use.

Convertible Top & Cabin Features

Power Disappearing Soft Top: Retains its factory electro-hydraulic top system. The top lowers and folds back into the reverse-opening decklid under its own power. When raising the top back up, the mechanism struggles and makes noise consistent with air in the lines, indicating that the hydraulic pump and cylinders will require standard service and bleeding.

Survivor Interior: The cabin preserves its original upholstery, wood-grain two-spoke steering wheel with Lincoln star horn button, aircraft-style instrument pod, factory gauges, clock, and dash-mounted compass.
