This 1997 Ford F250 HD Supercab Short Box is a really clean, very nice truck with the XL trim (manual windows and locks). We don't find them in this configuration very often especially with lower miles like this. This one spent its life in California and the pacific NW, The last owner owned the truck for the last 10 years and used it as a second vehicle when she needed it for towing a small horse trailer or hauling some hay. The body is super clean. The Oxford White paint looks excellent and is mostly original except for the driver side bed which was painted/blended because of a scratch below the fuel door. All of the original trim is still in nice condition. The underside of the truck is also really clean and we found no rust issues with this vehicle.

The interior is also nice and clean. Because this is an XL it has the manual door windows and manual locks. It also has the rubber floor mat in great condition. The front bench seat was recovered and looks great. The rear seat is original and still in nice condition. It has a new headliner that was professionally installed. The dash and dash bezel are both in good condition. The headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The gauges all work. The horn, windshield wipers, and factory radio work. The heat and AC are also working.

mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives great!! The engine is the 7.5L 460 V8 that runs strong with no issues or red flags that we found. It has a newer waterpump and radiator. It has the E40D Automatic transmission that shifts nice. It is mated to the Borg Warner manual shift transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The rear axle is the Ford 10.25 with 3.55 gears and a factory limited slip. The front axle is a Dana 50 with 3.55 gears. This is sitting on the Ford factory steel wheels with hubcaps and it has Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires size 265/75/16.
