The factory 18-prefix VIN identifies it as a car that originally left Ford as a V8 model, and the Victoria's distinctive bustle-back profile has long made it a favorite among early Ford builders. The original fabric roof insert has been replaced with a ribbed, filled steel panel, and the body is finished in new House of Kolor dark burgundy with flames and pinstriping. Exterior details include a  chrome grille assembly, cowl and headlamp-mounted turn signals, a custom nose roll pan, shortened rear lamp stanchions and bumper brackets, and a recessed rear license plate. The injection is managed by a GM computer through a Ron Francis wiring harness, a clean way to get period Corvette hardware running with modern drivability. Cooling is handled by a custom aluminum radiator built by Zero to Cool, paired with a custom fan shroud and billet coolant recovery tank, and accessories run off a serpentine belt drive. Short-tube headers feed a custom dual exhaust, and the engine bay is finished with a custom engine-turned stainless firewall. Behind the ZZ4 is a GM 4L60E four-speed automatic with overdrive, built with heavy-duty parts and controlled by an HGM computer with a Compushift Sport and Pro Display.The chassis starts with the original frame, fully boxed and reinforced. Up front is an independent front suspension with polished stainless control arms and a Dodge Omni-sourced power rack-and-pinion, a compact steering setup well suited to early Ford builds. Out back, a Jaguar independent rear suspension sits in a Snow White crossmember with chrome suspension components and a 3.70 gear ratio. Aldan coil-over shocks are supplemented by rear assist air shocks, and stopping power comes from four-wheel disc brakes with a quad rear braking setup. A stainless steel sub-floor and 14-gallon stainless fuel tank round out the underside.The interior is all new charcoal leather and carpet, with custom door panels featuring perforated leather uppers. The original 1933 dash has been retained and fitted with a custom brushed-metal insert housing Stewart-Warner Wings gauges and speedometer. A GM tilt column carries a banjo-style steering wheel, and a custom overhead console houses the controls for the four power windows, lighting, and audio, along with the speakers.
