Completed in 2014 by Accumoto Motorsport of Madison, Wisconsin, this 1980 Porsche 911SC, affectionately known as "Dirk," was the shop's prototype build, #0000. With this car, Accumoto said "hello world." Rather than simply restoring the 911, Accumoto set out to create a more focused, analog driving machine, one engineered to be driven.

At its heart is a 3.2-liter twin-plug flat-six producing approximately 300 horsepower, breathing through dual PMO carburetors and built with 98mm cylinders, JE pistons, Pauter connecting rods, and EBS valves. Power is delivered through a short-ratio five-speed manual transaxle enhanced with Wevo components and an external oil cooler.
