This 2017 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 comes to us from a good
customer of ours here in Southern Nevada who has owned it since
2019 and used it to serve ice cream at Las Vegas venues, festivals,
and private events. Rather than a tired, high-mileage food truck,
this is a proven, fully built mobile dessert kitchen on a Sprinter
chassis that has covered just over 15k miles.
The truck is built on the 170 wheelbase extended high-roof
Sprinter, powered by Mercedes' 3.0L V6 turbo-diesel (OM642) with
rear-wheel drive. That combination provides efficient fuel economy,
a comfortable ride between events, and access to Mercedes-Benz
service nationwide.
The galley is all-electric, so there are no propane tanks, gas
lines, or propane permits to manage. Everything runs from a lithium
(LiFePO4) AIMS Power deep-cycle battery bank charged by an
auxiliary alternator and managed by a Xantrex Freedom SW 3012
inverter/charger, with a shore-power hookup for plugged-in venues
and wiring ready for optional rooftop solar. That makes the truck
equally at home at an outdoor festival, a parking-lot activation,
or an indoor event where combustion equipment isn't allowed.
Inside, the layout is laid out around a dessert operation. The
centerpiece is an 85 refrigerated dipping cabinet with 18 display
flavors and 15 backup buckets below, positioned behind a 60 service
window with a slide-out stainless counter. A separate sales window
with a POS and cash-drawer station sits beside it, so orders and
serving can run at the same time. The build is finished in
stainless throughout and includes health-code fixtures, so a new
owner can move quickly from purchase to permitting to serving.
The exterior is a clean white canvas ready for your wrap and
branding. The stainless slide-out counter cover shows honest wear
from years of service, which is typical of a working truck and
easily refreshed or wrapped.

Service History:
The Sprinter has a documented service record with Mercedes-Benz
dealers from new. When new, it was serviced at Mercedes-Benz of
Smithtown and Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo, including a brake check and
a New York safety and emissions inspection. After arriving in
Nevada, it was serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson and Fletcher
Jones Imports, with a maintenance inspection and fuel filter
replacement in 2019. Mercedes-Benz of Henderson performed
maintenance inspections and recommended service in 2020 and 2021.
Most recently, Fletcher Jones Imports completed a maintenance
inspection, fuel filter replacement, oil and filter change, and
power steering pump replacement. The van has passed every Nevada
emissions inspection on record.
The truck has a clean CARFAX with no accidents or damage reported,
a clean title with no damage or odometer brands, and 9 service
