and built as a comprehensive frame-off Pro-Touring restomod.
This C2 underwent a complete nut-and-bolt, frame-off restoration,
combining one of the most iconic Corvette designs ever produced
with modern fuel-injected V8 power, improved braking and
suspension, air conditioning, and an upgraded interior.
Under the hood is a GM Ram Jet fuel-injected V8 crate engine paired
with a custom Monster automatic transmission. The drivetrain is
complemented by ceramic-coated headers, a stainless-steel exhaust
system, electronic fuel pump, and a fresh fuel tank.
The suspension was completely rebuilt as part of the restoration,
while four-wheel disc brakes provide substantially improved
stopping performance compared with the original setup.
The exterior is finished in beautiful Riverside Red and retains the
unmistakable lines that make the 1963-67 C2 one of the most
recognizable American sports cars ever built. The stance is
finished off with a set of 18-inch custom Champagne Pearl wheels,
giving the Corvette a modern presence without taking away from its
classic styling.
Inside, the cabin has been completely restored and upgraded with an
all-leather interior, new seating, updated dashboard, custom
steering wheel and steering column, and a Vintage Air
climate-control system. A Bluetooth-capable stereo system with
dedicated amplifiers and speakers adds modern entertainment while
maintaining the clean appearance of the interior.
The result is a beautifully executed C2 Corvette that offers the
appearance and character of a classic with the convenience and
drivability of a modern restomod.
