1954 Ford Customline 2-Door – V8 – 3-Speed Manual
Beautiful 1954 Ford Customline 2-door sedan finished in deep burgundy metallic with a very clean period-style two-tone interior. This is an attractive older restoration that has been well cared for and presents well.
Powered by a Ford Y-block V8 paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. The engine compartment is clean and nicely presented, and the car runs and drives well.
The interior is one of the highlights of the car. It features clean two-tone upholstery, front and rear bench seating, good carpeting, classic Ford instrumentation and a beautifully preserved dashboard. Seat belts have also been added.
The odometer currently shows 16,7xx miles. Mileage is being represented as mileage shown on the odometer rather than documented original mileage.
Exterior features include the deep burgundy metallic finish, extensive chrome and stainless trim, whitewall tires and classic full Ford wheel covers. The paint has good overall shine and presents beautifully, although there are a few small chips, scratches and age-related imperfections consistent with an older restoration. Close-up photos of these areas are included.
The underside has been undercoated and detailed underside photographs are included for prospective buyers to review. I am not aware of any structural rust or rust-through. Buyers are welcome to inspect the vehicle in person or arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection.
