455 CID / 525 HP - Performance Unlimited Built
T-56 Magnum 6-Speed
Vintage Air
200+ High Resolution Pictures
13+ Minute Walk Around / Test Drive Video
This Oldsmobile would be a great addition to any collection, car
show or cruise night. It is an awesome driver.
This is actually a pretty rare car. The "V" in the VIN tells you
that it was originally equipped with the L75 455 CID / 270 HP
engine mated to a Muncie M20 4-Speed Manual Transmission. This is 1
of 66 Convertibles equipped with this Engine and Transmission
combination.
Many people clone the 1972's into 442's. In 1972 the 442 was an
option. The only real way to prove it to be a real 442 is to have
an original Build Sheet. We do not have a Build Sheet. So, we can
not say it is a real 442. However we can say it is a Cutlass
Supreme that has been cloned into a 442.
A few items have been added:
W-25 Force-Air Induction Hood
W-27 Rear End Differential Cover
W-35 Rear Spoiler
Vintage Air
The Bright Red Exterior is in very nice condition. The paint is
very nice as you can see in the pictures and video. The panel
fitment is excellent too. It is very smooth and swirl free. This is
a great color combination. It does have a few cracks on the hood as
seen in the pictures.
The Black and White AKA: Tuxedo Interior is in excellent condition
as you can see in the pictures.
The engine bay is very clean. This Oldsmobile runs strong and
drives out very nice as well. It does have Flowmaster mufflers and
it sounds awesome! It was built by Performance Unlimited. It does
feature Edelbrock Aluminum Heads and Intake Manifold.
In person Inspections prior to purchasing are ALWAYS welcome and
encouraged. If you have any questions or concerns, please call. We
