This 1930 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe Rumble Seat is a frame-off
restored Model A that has only 1,067 miles on it since being
restored. The restoration was completed around 8 years ago and was
always stored inside a climate controlled building and was always
covered. It is as nice as it looks. The owner of this vehicle
passed away and we currently do not have receipts for the
restoration because his wife could not find them. The Deluxe Coupe
has the cowl lights, rear window curtain, wing windows, deluxe
interior, and correct headlights. Once restored the vehicle was
issued an assigned Vin # in Indiana as the engine was also rebuilt
and the serial number shaved off.
The body on this Model A is amazingly clean and straight. It is all
steel except for the rear fenders which are fiberglass. The entire
car was disassembled when it was restored and then painted Kewanne
Green and Black with a yellow painted pinstripe (sharp
combination). The paint looks awesome and is still in amazing
condition. The chrome and stainless trim is also in beautiful
condition. The Deluxe has a lot of cool factory options which was
detailed previously. It also has the rumble seat, spare tire
carrier, luggage rack, grille guard, upgraded radiator cap. The
underside was detailed when it was restored and is super clean.
The interior was completely restored with a Lebarron-Bonney
Interior kit and looks beautiful. The entire dash was repainted and
restored. It has the rear roll down window with curtain and new
seat upholstery, new door panels, new headliner, and new floor mat.
The headlights and taillights works. It has a rear blinker kit
installed and the brake light works.
Mechanically this vehicle is excellent. It starts easy, runs great,
and drives wonderful. The engine is the 3.3L 201 Inline 4 that runs
excellent with no issues or red flags that we found. It was
completely rebuilt and it was converted to 12 Volt. The
transmission is the original 3 speed manual that shifts nice with a
good clutch. The banjo rear axle has 3.78 gears. It has 4 Brand New
tires on the restored wheels.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
