1930 Model A Streetrod, all steel original body and fenders, Chevy 350 engine with 4 barrel Edelbrock carb, Ford 9" rear, dropped front axle, mag wheels, power trunk, battery cutoff with removable key, A/C and heat, stereo with subwoofer, tilt steering wheel. Gauges: speedometer, tach, fuel, oil pressure, volts, gas, temperature (all working). When I bought it in 2002, it had new gauges, so the odometer states 10,541 miles, which I put on myself.
A few things need to be addressed: The speedometer/odometer isn't working. I haven't replaced it because I didn't want to lose the mileage. It needs a new headliner. I never replaced it because it really doesn't bother me. The stereo died on me. I never replaced it because I originally put in a radio/cassette player. Everyone's tastes are different, so I didn't want to install something that not everyone will like. Stereo is mounted under dash on passenger side, so all you have to do is replace it. I haven't used the heat or A/C in years. When you drive a car with vertical windows, and they're rolled up, you get reflections on the glass from the opposite side. It's very distracting. You think a car is on your right, but it's actually on your left. At night you'll see headlights in the windshield, but the car is actually behind you. So I drive with the windows down. I usually don't drive at night. When I bought the car, it had tinted windows, which really cut down on this problem. But in order to register it in PA, I had to remove the tint.
