Classic Car Addict is proud to present this custom 1934 Ford
3-Window Coupe Street Rod for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom.
The 1934 Ford remains one of the most recognizable foundations in
American hot rodding, and this build takes the classic three-window
profile in a thoroughly custom direction with big-block Chevrolet
power, independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, and a fully
finished interior.
Exterior:
The fiberglass three-window coupe body is finished in vivid
metallic lime green with custom orange and silver flame graphics
that coordinate with the orange accents throughout the chassis and
interior. Traditional 1934 Ford styling includes the tall grille,
flowing fenders, round headlights, and chrome bumperettes. Polished
five-spoke wheels and substantially wider rear tires give the coupe
an aggressive stance. At the rear, flush-mounted taillights and a
smooth roll pan-style treatment keep the bodywork clean and
uncluttered.
Interior:
Inside is a custom tan, gray, and orange interior with pleated
bucket seats featuring orange inserts and embroidered "34 FORD"
logos. Matching upholstery continues across the door panels, center
console, and rear cabin area. The metallic green dashboard features
custom pinstriping and Dolphin instrumentation, including a 140-mph
speedometer, 8,000-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The
odometer shows approximately 4,833 miles; true mileage unknown
(TMU). Additional equipment includes air conditioning, a Kenwood
audio system, aftermarket speakers, Sony overhead flip-down
monitor, polished steering column and wheel, floor-mounted
automatic shifter, orange seat belts, and aluminum pedal
covers.
Engine:
Power comes from a Chevrolet 454ci big-block V8. According to the
previous owner, the engine was built with 502 components, although
documentation detailing the internal upgrades is not available. The
big-block features an aluminum intake, four-barrel carburetor,
open-element air cleaner, chrome valve covers, MOON Equipment
breathers and caps, and flame-detailed wire looms. Additional
equipment includes an MSD 6A ignition, tubular headers, Powermaster
alternator, Milodon oil pan, braided lines, aluminum radiator, and
electric cooling fan.
Transmission:
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a GM 700R4 four-speed
automatic transmission with overdrive, providing a highway-friendly
fourth gear while retaining the character of a traditional
automatic street rod.
Drivetrain:
The custom chassis features a centrally mounted rear differential
with independent rear suspension, CV half-shafts, adjustable links,
and coilovers.
Suspension:
The coupe rides on independent front and rear suspension. Up front
are tubular control arms, coilovers, and rack-and-pinion steering.
The rear uses independent suspension with coilovers and CV
half-shafts. Orange-finished chassis and suspension components add
another custom detail underneath the car.
Brakes:
Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
Rear Compartment:
The fully finished rear compartment houses a custom body-color fuel
tank with polished retaining straps and filler assembly. Tan
upholstery, orange accents, carbon-fiber-look panels, and a mounted
fire extinguisher complete the area, while the underside of the
decklid is also fully upholstered.
