This beautiful 1967 Ford Mustang is finished in eye-catching
Springtime Yellow with a contrasting black vinyl top, giving it the
perfect classic Mustang look. The exterior shows excellent overall
with only a few very minor paint chips from normal use. A set of
like-new 5-spoke Mustang wheels wrapped in new General tires
completes the exterior nicely. The underbody is exceptionally clean
and solid with no rust concerns.
Inside, you'll find a sharp black vinyl bucket seat interior that
has recently been reupholstered along with new carpeting and a new
dash pad over the original-style dash. A center console with cup
holders adds some modern convenience, while a newer retro-style
Mustang radio maintains the classic appearance. The headliner
presents well overall but does have some rippling and could benefit
from being reglued. Aftermarket gauges have also been mounted
neatly below the dash.
Under the hood is a rebuilt 5.0L/302ci V8 sourced from a 1985
Mustang. The engine was rebuilt prior to installation and has
approximately 10,000 miles on it since the rebuild. The
transmission has also been rebuilt, with receipts available
documenting the work. Additional equipment includes a 4-barrel
carburetor, aluminum radiator with original-style fan, power
steering, power brakes, and newer suspension components. This
Mustang runs and drives great and is an enjoyable, dependable
classic to get out and drive.
The car is nicely sorted electrically, with the headlights, wipers,
interior lights, gauge lights, turn signals, brake lights, fog
lights, and even the hood-mounted turn signals working as they
should. The only currently known electrical item not functioning is
the reverse lights.
The trunk is finished with a trunk liner and includes a spare tire.
A large assortment of extra parts and accessories will also go with
the car, including new sun visors and brackets, Mustang and 302
emblems, extra wheel center caps, booklets and manuals, spare
touch-up paint, and numerous other miscellaneous items.
Overall, this is a very clean, well-presented 1967 Mustang that
combines classic styling with an upgraded 302 V8 drivetrain and
plenty of recent work. With its Springtime Yellow finish, black
vinyl top, clean interior, exceptionally solid underbody, and
strong-running V8, it's a Mustang that looks great sitting still
and is even more fun out on the road.
