On April 1st 1978, Jennifer Berish walked into Paul Patry Buick Pontiac in Garrettsville OH and ordered herself this beautiful Formula with a mere $20 deposit. looked like it took a couple of months to come in as it wasn't first titled until 6/20.
Jennifer obviously loved her car because she drove it sparingly, keeping track of gas mileage and maintenance mileage intervals (We have her log book.). She kept her pride and joy all the way until 2015, having accumulated just about 33,000 miles by then! The car was then sold to it's second owner and most recent owner and now has accumulated a total of just 48,491 miles! Yes, this is a TWO OWNER CAR.
She knew what she wanted and checked a lot of the right boxes on her order form. She wanted some performance and a sporty look without opting for the top tier Trans Am. After all, you could equip your Formula very much like a Trans Am anyway. She didn't quite go that far, choosing luxury and comfort over performance. She did choose the small block, 305 V8 to power her new sports car and decided on the Hydramatic automatic transmission to bolt behind it.

This car is a true survivor quality. Appears to have most, if not all it's original Laredo Brown paint which shows some age but still very nice. The interior condition is mind blowing and it's all original, certainly backing up the odometer. It's so rare to find one like this as so many got treaded badly by second, third and fourth owners and just tossed away or crashed.
Everything seems to work as designed but admittedly I did not check the cruise control. The power windows slide up and down like new and the A/C blows instant cold air. All serviced and ready to go.
