INTRODUCTION: Rich Brandywine paint paired with a tan leather
interior gives this '67 Camaro a classy, sophisticated look, but
underneath it's a serious Pro Touring machine. A full independent
suspension and Tremec 6-speed manual set it apart from the
crowd.
EXTERIOR: The rich Brandywine color is absolutely gorgeous! The
body is straight with no rust or damage, and it has been cleaned up
by removing the emblems and antenna. A cowl hood adds some
attitude, while the paint has been polished to a very smooth,
glossy finish.
The chrome has been replaced, and up front it features a custom
grille and H4 headlights. It also has a new windshield and tinted
glass. It's rolling on Boyd Coddington wheels with extra wide
performance tires in back, giving this Camaro a tough, muscular
stance that looks just right.
INTERIOR: I don't think there's this much leather in the Boot Barn
in downtown Nashville! It's practically wall to wall leather and
completely custom. The deluxe contoured bucket seats are
beautifully upholstered, with the rear seat finished to match.
Custom designed door panels are wrapped in leather and fitted with
billet handles. A leather wrapped custom center console houses
premium power window and lock switches, cup holders, and the best
part: a manual shifter sticking right out of the middle!
The dash is also wrapped in leather and features a touchscreen
infotainment system and a custom set of white face gauges. A tilt
column is topped with a custom steering wheel. Even the carpet and
one piece headliner are custom finished, and retractable shoulder
belts add a welcome modern upgrade. It has an upgraded wiring
system with a modern fuse block. This interior is loaded with
craftsmanship and detail everywhere you look.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Under the hood is an LT4 Corvette engine with
aluminum heads, upgraded with a BBK Power-Plus throttle body,
custom cold air intake and coated headers. A serpentine Front
Runner system includes a modern alternator and air conditioning,
while an electric water pump and Be Cool aluminum radiator with a
large electric fan and overflow bottle keep things cool. It also
features power brakes and a variable speed wiper motor. The
firewall has been smoothed for a clean custom appearance, and the
entire engine bay is nicely finished in paint.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk is completely custom finished with
fitted tan carpeting and bound edges. A custom enclosure houses a
pair of Kicker subwoofers, while the battery is neatly relocated
and hidden behind the enclosure.
UNDERSIDE: This Camaro has some major upgrades underneath. Up front
is a complete custom subframe with aluminum control arms,
adjustable coilover gas shocks, a custom sway bar and
rack-and-pinion steering. Welded subframe connectors are
countersunk into the floors and run front to back to help prevent
body twist. Here's where it gets really interesting- it has an
independent rear suspension with adjustable coilover gas shocks!
Drilled and slotted disc brakes are at all four wheels. A
beautifully fabricated dual exhaust system features MagnaFlow
mufflers, and the upgraded fuel system includes a stainless tank.
Looking up at the motor, it's clean with a high torque starter. A
Tremec 6-speed manual with a hydraulic clutch sends the power
through a custom driveshaft to a 3.73 posi rear end.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and our reputation. Every
vehicle goes through our service department where it is inspected,
test driven, and we address the essentials before offering it for
sale.
CONCLUSION: Bottom line, this is one beautiful Camaro with a lot to
get excited about. The incredible leather interior, independent
suspension and 6-speed really set it apart. It's not a fresh show
car, but it presents beautifully and is absolutely the kind of car
that will turn heads and collect compliments everywhere you go.
