1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z/28 - Built 383 Stroker V8Here's an
exceptionally unique 1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z/28 that combines
iconic third-generation Camaro styling with serious V8 performance.
Finished in white with T-Tops, this IROC reportedly retains its
original paint and shows under 4,000 miles on the body. It has been
warm stored and kept away from winters, rain, and rust.Under the
hood is where this IROC really separates itself. The engine has
been upgraded to a 383 Stroker V8 and received an extensive refresh
in December 2023, with approximately 1,500 miles or less since the
engine work. The build included block preparation, bore and hone,
crankshaft work, pistons and rings, camshaft, bearings, freeze
plugs, resurfaced cylinder heads, valve work, rocker arms,
pushrods, valve springs, and new gaskets and seals. The 383 is
topped with an 850 CFM carburetor and supported by a Holley Blue
electric fuel pump, upgraded fuel regulator and racing fuel line,
NGK spark plugs, rewired MSD ignition, new water pump, battery and
cables, and additional supporting upgrades. An electronic exhaust
Y-switch gives this Camaro an even more aggressive personality when
desired.Power is sent through a 700R4 automatic transmission with
an upgraded gear kit, giving the car a great combination of strong
acceleration and comfortable cruising.Highlights 1989 Chevrolet
