1972 Corvette is final year for both front and rear chrome bumpers
as well as the removeable rear glass. The Vette is also fitted with
removable T tops. Starting life as a factory 454ci/4-speed
Vette, the engine had been massaged to 461ci. This
Corvette's most recent owner purchased it in 2018. The next 3 years
was spent to bring it to the next level, the Corvette on offer
today. The Vette was stripped and repainted in Porsche
Mahogany Metallic. It then received the following restoration as
well as tasteful restomod upgrades: Aluminum radiator with electric
cooling fan, 15 x 8 Rally wheels with new tires, 5 speed
gearbox, MSD ignition box, MSD distributor, MSD Ignition wires, HO
alternator, Modern Retrosound Bluetooth stereo and speakers, All
carpeting was replaced, Updated steering wheel, New shifter,
Updated LED headlights with electric motors, New tail lights, New
chrome throughout, New steering box, New temp gauge and finally,
New springs and front tubular suspension with new
shocks. Since completion, this Corvette has been part of a
good friend and client of Autosport's collection here in Long
Island, NY. It has been driven sparingly and only in fair weather
conditions, accumulating only a approximately 500 miles since
completion of the build. This Corvette comes
with complete with Jack, Spare ,Owner's manual and Service Records.
