For Sale: 1972 Datsun 620 in Fredericksburg, Texas
Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 28th year in the
classic and muscle car business. The Datsun Truck is a compact
pickup made by Nissan of Japan from 1955 to 1997. It was originally
sold under the Datsun brand, but was changed to Nissan in 1983. In
February 1972 the popular 620 debuted, and it quickly garnered a
good reputation in America for its durability. This was impressive
because it had to compete with well-established American full-size
pickups, and it further burnished the Datsun's reputation. This
Mellow Yellow (102) 1972 Datsun 620 is a fine example of these
pioneering pickups. Lift the hood and you'll find the sturdy L16
1.6L I4 engine that's sporting a Weber carburetor. Additional
features include power brakes, a new electric air conditioning
system, a 4-speed manual transmission, new carpet, new upholstery,
and new Cooper 215/70R14 tires wrapped around steel wheels with
240Z wheel covers. This sunny runabout is an absolute blast to
drive and it attracts WAY more attention than I could have
imagined. If this charmer belongs in your garage call the Texas
Hill Country's premier source for classic trucks and the team that
can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is a
full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery,
insurance, and financing options.
