A desirable first-year Porsche 911S Coupe finished in its original
color combination of Sand Beige (6607) over Black leatherette
upholstery. Completed on January 20, 1967, and documented by its
Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, with the matching 2.0-liter
engine and 5-speed manual transmission. Factory equipment includes
a Rear Window Wiper, Outside Thermometer, Webasto Heater, Antenna,
loudspeaker, tinted glass all around, right-side safety belt, radio
noise suppression, and Dunlop tires.
The paintwork is in very good condition with excellent gaps and
panel fitment. Exterior features include a retractable antenna,
original rear window wiper, chrome driver's-side mirror, Hella H4
headlights, and gold decklid badging. The cabin is trimmed in Black
leatherette and features VDO instrumentation, an outside
temperature gauge mounted to the left of the ignition switch, and
its original Blaupunkt AM/FM radio. Fuchs 15-inch alloy wheels are
mounted with Vredestein Sprint Classic 165 15 tires, with a
period-correct presentation. The undercarriage is solid, rust-free,
with original sheet metal.
Provenance on file notes that Dink Farmer reportedly restored the
911S in Northern California before the previous owner acquired it,
with the restoration completed in 2013. The correspondence states
that it retains the original panels, floor pans, and front
suspension, and describes the 911S as mechanically sorted, with
engine, transmission, and suspension work completed. The current
owner has maintained the 911S well over the last three years, with
continued attention to drivability and presentation. The
transmission has been rebuilt, and Doctor Detail performed a
complete detail.
Mechanically powered by the matching 2.0-liter flat-six engine,
paired with its matching five-speed manual transmission (Type
901/02) and four-wheel disc brakes. This 1967 Porsche 911S Coupe is
complete with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, toolkit, spare
wheel, and recent service records. A desirable addition to any
collection, with a matching driveline and original factory color
combination.
